University Orthopedics is honored to be recognized among 68 local businesses on Providence Business News’ 2026 list of Best Places to Work.

The organization was included in the Enterprise employer category, which represents companies with 500 or more employees in the region.

Honorees were evaluated based on their human resources policies as well as confidential employee surveys conducted by Best Companies Group. Companies were categorized by size—small, mid-size, large, and enterprise—based on regional employee counts.

Final rankings within each category will be announced in June at an awards ceremony held at the Crowne Plaza in Warwick.
