Dr. Weiss: Patients retain near-full range of motion with first-of-its-kind wrist replacement surgery

Dr. Arnold-Peter C. Weiss – chief of University Orthopedics’ hand, upper extremity and microvascular surgery division and vice chairman and professor of orthopedics at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University – recently performed a first-of-its-kind wrist surgery earlier this month. In a recent article in The Providence Business News, Weiss discussed the procedure and implant, both of which he helped design.
